I’m Jessica Lucas, a strength and wellness professional with a background in exercise science and occupational therapy. My work centers on using strength training as a form of preventative health—helping people build physical capacity while supporting nervous system regulation and long-term resilience. I bridge traditional strength training with a holistic understanding of how stress, movement patterns, and recovery impact the body over time. Through individualized programming, I help clients reduce chronic tension, move more efficiently, and feel stronger and more grounded in their bodies.
