A 12-week transformation combining somatic healing and strength training to help you release stored tension, rebuild physical power, and rise into a body that finally feels like yours.

About Me
Jessica Lucas Founder of Heal Stronger
I’m an Occupational Therapist with a background in Exercise Science and over 13 years in the weight room. After five years in clinical practice, I built Heal Stronger because I kept seeing the same pattern: people are so disconnected from their bodies that they had stopped caring for them, and their bodies had stopped supporting them in return.
My deepest understanding of the nervous system came from living inside a dysregulated one. Navigating chronic health challenges and a compromised nervous system taught me something no textbook could: you cannot think your way into safety. You have to build it.
That’s the thread running through everything I do. The body is the entry point. Strength training is the tool—not only to change how you look, but to teach your body how to stay grounded, safe, and supported for life. When we work with the body instead of around it, the baseline shifts. You stop surviving yourself and finally start coming home.
